Bread-Bakers v098.n025.3

I am trying to find a recipe for the Vietnamese rolls they eat for
breakfast. My husband was over there this past year and said they were
wonderful. Have not been able to find a recipe anywhere. Texture is similar
to French bread also seems to have a sour dough taste. Any help would be
appreciated.
