I,too, do a lot of baking at home, but cannot meet the minimum order from a 
restaurant or bakery supply house.  I've found that the wholesale clubs such 
as Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, or Costco has large bags of flour at or near the 
price ot the supply houses.  Another alternative would be to <piggy-back> on 
a local bakery's order.  See if you can find one that will order a bag when 
they place their orders, (they usually order at least once a week, if nor 
more often,)
