Hello! Most of the time, duplicating commercial bread is not what we home
bakers want. But in this case, I would like to come as close as possible
to duplicating the taste and texture of a Portuguese Sweet Bread made
commercially under the name of King's Hawaiian Bread. It is an egg-rich
sweet bread with a
lovely flavour. Any help you may offer in reproducing this bread would be
much appreciated. I have tried many recipes, and there is always that
"something" missing. Thank you.
