Bread-Bakers v100.n011.14

They're called "Old Fashioned Bread Buckets" in King Arthur's 
catalog:  it's a metal bucket with a dough hook that clamps onto the top 
and is turned by hand.  I've had a stainless steel one that my in-laws gave 
us about twenty years ago; does a good job, although I now use the 
KitchenAid more frequently.
