Well, I got some responses to the notice I posted earlier this month. I'm still looking for an experienced, dependable baker to produce about thirty loaves of crusty sourdough bread every Friday from May through October. I guess the quantity isn't something most people are set up for, but I'm sure I could arrange for the use of a large oven in a church kitchen, if that would help. The closer you are to Whitestown/Zionsville area in Indiana, the better. Bob
