Bread-Bakers v100.n033.6

I have been searching the archives for the Greek Isle Bread that was
described in a recent posting.  Could someone help me find the recipe?
This is my first posting even though I too have been lurking in the
background.  I have found this list and the King Arthur catalog to be
invaluable in my bread making experiments.
