I've recently found out that I need to eliminate wheat from my diet. I'm
trying to locate recipes that I can use in my breadmaker. I've found a
number of recipes using amaranth & spelt flour, but they all require mainly
wheat flour with just a bit of the alternate grain. What I'm looking for is
the opposite. I can use some (perhaps up to a cup) of wheat flour in my
bread recipes, but I need them to be primarily wheat free.
Does anyone know of a source for this type of recipes?
