Renee,  I use a cheap styrofoam ice chest with a very small light bulb in
the MIDDLE of the lid.  If you put it anywhere else it will melt the
styrofoam.  I got this idea months ago from this list. Sorry I don't
remember who suggested it.  It's also great for letting your sourdough
starter proof and first risings.  Good luck!
