I have nearly a full pound brick of yeast that will not proof up any longer, but still has the smell, taste and consistency of it's original state. I know I can't use it for baking, but is there any other nutritional value to the body by eating it or mixing it in with liquids and drinking it? Audrey Konie 2ofts@bigsky.net
