Hi Uma, Well, when you halve the recipe, you should need a smaller tin too. But you can also bake it on a bakingsheet, let it prove shaped and all on the sheet and bake after spritzing with water, about ten minutes shorter than you would in a tin. I also lower oven temperature a bit to prevent burning but that is up to you :-) Success and greetings from the Netherlands berti
