Does anyone have a recipe for a flatbread similar to the Cosi Restaurant 
chain's signature "Cosi bread"? This is a flatbread that has a textured top 
crust--it looks like an alligator's back--it is a thin and flexible bread 
and it easily splits in two like a pita. It is supposed to be from a 
"secret old Italian recipe". It is very soft and very delicious and I have 
had no luck finding any recipe even remotely like it.
