1/4 cup sugar -- (date sugar)

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups Emmenthaler cheese -- cubed, or Swiss
Use the Whole Wheat cycle. Add the cheese at the end of the mixing cycle,
when the kneading cycle starts.
