Any type of yeast bread you like will work.  I generally split a two pound 
loaf into three pieces and then let them rise in the tubes half an hour to 
forty five minute before baking.

I don't think most quick breads would be able to hold their shape while 
unmolding, although (not having tried it) I could well be wrong.
