I made the crumpets again and added more water -- about 1/2 cup more. The batter poured just fine and I got lots of little bubbles and they looked and tasted just like crumpets should. Yum. I used KA all purpose flour. Next I'm going to make RLB's English Muffins or her Pita bread as I work my way thru the Bread Bible.
