Ken Thanks so much for the instruction and recipe, but I also learned about the "La Cloche" name and Sassafras. I did not think that this item, which I had purchased for someone as a gift, was made by Sassafras, but was not sure. Now I understand. And also that I can use my Romertopf for the same application if I wish to. Your help is much appreciated. Adele
