2 eggs
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup All-Bran(r) Cereal
1/2 cup raisins
You need to grease 2 small loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl lightly beat the eggs. Add in the milk, molasses and oil.
In a different bowl sift the flour, soda and salt together. Add flour
mixture to liquid. Mix together just till blended. Fold in raisins.
Pour into loaf pans and bake for about 50 minutes. Cool.
