I second the motion on never using Pam on non-stick pans. It does leave a film and shortens their life. If you like to spray, try a Misto pump-up sprayer along with your favorite cooking oil. As such, you'll be spraying pure oil, no additives. I use this for eggs with a non-stick pan. I still use Crisco for bread pans.
