What size loaf pan would you use for the 1 lb Cheddar Parmesan Bread 
(bread-bakers Digest, Vol 121, Issue 44) if not using a bread machine?

Editor's note: Our 2-lb Zo bread machine pan is 9" x 5" x 5". That's 
about twice the volume of a small loaf pan 8.25" x 4.25" x 3".
