Bread-Bakers v102.n014.5

A recent posting was the Beard recipe for English Muffin Bread baked in a 
microwave. I love the Rick Krall recipe for Authentic English Muffins and 
may not try the Beard recipe for the bread, but I am curious. Is it o.k. to 
use a metal pan in a microwave oven?
