Sour dough starter

Greeting BreadBakers,

It is very important that you feed your starter every day or every other day. 
Feed your starter with flour, sugar or malt and keep the starter liquid. To 
speed up the process do not store the sourdough in the refrigerator as that 
will slow down the process. Creating a good starter may take anywhere from 2 
weeks to 1 month. For the starter to develop properly it needs 3 things, 
warmth, liquid and food.
