Bread-Bakers v097.n078.4

Hi Bill,
I have found that the best way to keep bread fresh is to wrap each cooled 
loaf in foil, individually, and then put them in freezer type zip bags. 
  the double wrapping seems to keep them from losing moisture over 
time...try it .....works for me...
