Happy New Year! My daughter likes to have a fresh roll each day for her turkey luncheon meat sandwich. Is there a recipe whereby I can make up a batch of dough, leave it covered in the refrigerator, and take out enough for only 1 or 2 rolls at a time just before baking? I would really appreciate your help with this one. Please bear with me --- I am a novice baker! TIA Cindy cdryan@juno.com
