Bread-Bakers v100.n006.15

Has anyone successfully tried the microwave rising method for bread?  I 
signed up for a class at the local community college but it was cancelled.

Also have any of you bread makers tried making cheese at home?  This is 
something else I would like to try.  I know there is a place on the East 
Coast that offers Home Cheesemaking classes but I haven't been able to get 
out there to take one and don't know of any place else where such a class 
is offered.
