Becky, try adding a tablespoon of tofu to your loaf. Or, you might add 2 tablespoons of powered soymilk per loaf and add a little extra liquid. The soymilk I use is "Better Than Milk - original flavor". This will add a slight amount of fat, but it will also add moisture. Marcia Deutch
