Andie Paysigner posted some interesting information regarding Manufactuers Cream in the 100-030 digest. Andie also talked about clotted cream and wonder if he/she? (sorry about that) would be kind enough to post a recipe for this British cream? Thanks, I also found a non-ultra pasturized cream at Fresh Fields (Whole Foods) several weeks ago that I used for creme fraiche. It did fine. joni
