I was in a neat little import store the other day and I picked up a few things that I have never used before, one of them being barley flour. Anybody have any suggestions on what to use it in? I found a substitution chart that said to use 1/2 cup of barley flour for 1 cup of all purpose flour. But other than that I'm not sure what it's best uses are. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
