   600            grams  flour, wheat
   200            grams  flour, rye
   1              pinch  salt
      1/4         liter  milk
   125            grams  margarine or butter
   1            package  yeast
   100            grams  sugar, brown
   2                     eggs
   1           teaspoon  cardamom
   125            grams  raisin

With all the ingredtients knead a smooth dough. Store at a warm place and 
let it rise. Add some more flour and knead it again. Form into a loaf, 
place on a baking tray and let rise again. The bake at 392-428F for about 
40-50 minutes.
