Bread-Bakers v104.n007.6

Does anyone have any idea how to duplicate or improve on the low carb wraps 
used by the Subway sandwich shop chain?  I am only a machine bread maker 
but I did like these low carb pockets.  Any insights or help would be 
appreciated.
