Many thanks for the recipes and tips I received in my search for a whole 
wheat challah.

The bottom shelf of my freezer has regular whole wheat and white whole 
wheat bread flour as well as whole wheat pastry flour!

(Yes, I remember to warm it.)

I am still looking for a "conversion " of "Millie's Whole Wheat Challah" 
from a bread machine recipe to a stand mixer format.
