Bread-Bakers v100.n004.4

My wife is taking me to a German restaurant tonight since today is my 
birthday.  I haven't gone there in years and am already drooling over the 
cheese fondue with good German bread.

Does anyone have any good ABM recipes for German bread and/or cheese fondue 
recipes?
